- Dash - cinnamon

Step 1Simmer cranberries in water until color runs. When this happens, add sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Simmer for about 10 more minutes.

Step 2Place in a bowl and refrigerate until the sauce thickens into a jelly like consistency. ( About 2 hours total)
