Ingredients

  • 6 cups cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 cups sugar
  • Dash - cardamom
  • Dash - cinnamon
  • Dash - nutmeg

How To Make cranberry sauce

  • Step 1
    Simmer cranberries in water until color runs. When this happens, add sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Simmer for about 10 more minutes.
  • Step 2
    Place in a bowl and refrigerate until the sauce thickens into a jelly like consistency. ( About 2 hours total)
