Ingredients
- 12 ounces package of cranberries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon ornage zest
- 1 tablespoon orange jello mix(i use instant) dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon chipolte powder
- 1/4 cup pecans finely minced
How To Make citrus and spice cranberry sauce

Step 1Place cranberries in a saucepan with orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and chipolte powder. Dissolve the jello in the hot water and add to pan. Cook over low to medium heat until cranberries are bubbly and just begin to burst because you will still want some whole cranberries. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes and add the pecans.
