blackberry bbq sauce
I've used this delicious sauce on things from ribs to meatballs. It's so good...so easy to make as well...if you like spicier, add some red pepper flakes or Shiracha sauce. Enjoy! It's delicious!!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup seedless blackberry jam - or i have used blackberry jelly
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce, shiracha sauce or red pepper flakes - optional
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger or ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make blackberry bbq sauce

Step 1Place all ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil; stirring continually as the sauce boils for 2 - 3 minutes or until brown sugar has dissolved. It will thicken more as it sits. This sauce is great on meatballs, ribs and chicken....Enjoy!
