Yields about 1 1/2 cups of cranberry sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 12-oz. packages fresh cranberries
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- - zest of 1 orange
How To Make apple-orange cranberry sauce

Step 1Place juices and sugars in a slow cooker and stir until dissolved.

Step 2Stir in cranberries, spices and orange zest.

Step 3Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Step 4Cool completely and refrigerate. Top with additional orange zest, if desired.
