Yields about 1 1/2 cups of cranberry sauce.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1/2 c
    apple cider
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 12-oz. pkg
    fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 dash(es)
  • ·
    zest of 1 orange

How to Make Apple-Orange Cranberry Sauce


  1. Place juices and sugars in a slow cooker and stir until dissolved.
  2. Stir in cranberries, spices and orange zest.
  3. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cool completely and refrigerate. Top with additional orange zest, if desired.
