This is a variation of the salad dressing my Mom made and it's always been my favorite. Mom never measured her ingredients but this version comes really close to her dressing.

Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar (i add additional 1or 2 tablespoon)
1/2 cup sugar (i add additional 1/8 cup)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make tarragon vinaigrette salad dressing

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, mix very well.

Step 2

Pour into a bottle with a secure lid. Chill. Shake well before using.
Step 3

I use a washed out commercial salad dressing bottle to store and serve the dressing. Vary the amount of sugar and vinegar to your own taste.
