This is a great recipe if you like a sweeter dressing

2 clove
peeled garlic
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley roughly chopped
2/3 c
1/3 c
balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp
orange juice
2 Tbsp
1/4 tsp
dried thyme
1/4 tsp
dried basil
salt and pepper

How to Make Sweet Vinagrette


  • 1With food processor running, drop garlic and parsley down feed tube and let process until garlic is minced.
  • 2Turn off machine and remove cover, add all remaining ingredients except salt and pepper, replace cover and process for several seconds until well blended.
  • 3Taste and add more honey if you wish, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4Keep bottled in the fridge and shake well before using.
  • 5Makes enough to dress about 2 salads; also makes a great marinade for chicken breasts
