Needed a quick sauce for fish tacos one night and whipped this up! Super flavorful and had me thinking what else I could use it on. This would be great as a salad dressing, topping for burgers, dip fries in or anything else fried! The flavor will have you wanting to eat it plain by itself lol!!

Ingredients

3/4 c
sour cream, i used light or you can use plain greek yogurt
3/4 c
mayonaisse
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 1/2 tsp
southwest seasoning
1 tsp
hot sauce
2 tsp
dried cilantro or 1tbs fresh minced cilantro
1 Tbsp
lime juice

How to Make Spicy Sauce for Fish Tacos or just about anything

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place all ingredients in a non metal bowl. Using a whisk, mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Taste. Adjust southwest, hot sauce and/ or lime juice to your liking.
  • 2I started with smaller amounts of those things and increased to get it just to where I loved it!
  • 3Refrigerate at least an hour for flavors to totally combine. Enjoy!!
