Needed a quick sauce for fish tacos one night and whipped this up! Super flavorful and had me thinking what else I could use it on. This would be great as a salad dressing, topping for burgers, dip fries in or anything else fried! The flavor will have you wanting to eat it plain by itself lol!!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    sour cream, i used light or you can use plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 c
    mayonaisse
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    southwest seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 2 tsp
    dried cilantro or 1tbs fresh minced cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice

How to Make Spicy Sauce for Fish Tacos or just about anything

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a non metal bowl. Using a whisk, mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Taste. Adjust southwest, hot sauce and/ or lime juice to your liking.
  2. I started with smaller amounts of those things and increased to get it just to where I loved it!
  3. Refrigerate at least an hour for flavors to totally combine. Enjoy!!
