I got this recipe from the wife of a local car dealership owner.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds medium, cooked shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons creole mustard
  • 6 small green onion, minced
  • 2 stalks celery minced
  • 3 dashes tobasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How To Make shrimp remoulade

  • Step 1
    Combine all the ingredients except shrimp in a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Step 2
    Add the shrimp and blend well. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 5 hours before serving
  • Step 3
    Serve on shredded lettuce
