Ingredients
- 2 pounds medium, cooked shrimp
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons creole mustard
- 6 small green onion, minced
- 2 stalks celery minced
- 3 dashes tobasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
How To Make shrimp remoulade

Step 1Combine all the ingredients except shrimp in a medium bowl and mix well.

Step 2Add the shrimp and blend well. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 5 hours before serving

Step 3Serve on shredded lettuce
