Ingredients

2 lb
medium, cooked shrimp
4 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
vinegar
1 tsp
salt
2 tsp
creole mustard
6 small
green onion, minced
2 stalk(s)
celery minced
3 dash(es)
tobasco sauce
1/4 tsp
paprika

Step-By-Step

1Combine all the ingredients except shrimp in a medium bowl and mix well.
2Add the shrimp and blend well.
Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 5 hours before serving
3Serve on shredded lettuce
