  • 2 lb
    medium, cooked shrimp
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    creole mustard
  • 6 small
    green onion, minced
  • 2 stalk(s)
    celery minced
  • 3 dash(es)
    tobasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika

How to Make Shrimp Remoulade

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all the ingredients except shrimp in a medium bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the shrimp and blend well.
    Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 5 hours before serving
  3. Serve on shredded lettuce
