Ingredients
- 1 - 15 ounces can, rinsed garbanzo beans
- 1 medium to large tomato, chopped
- 3 - 4 - green onions, sliced - plus ends
- 1 - 1 1/2 ounces cubed, cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped italian parsley or dried
- finely - chopped red pepper would be a great addition too, i was fresh out
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or your favorite
- 1/2 teaspoon each - salt, sugar, pepper, chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
How To Make ~ refreshing chick pea salad ~

Step 1Toss the first 5 ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Whisk the dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour over bean mixture and toss to coat well. Chill well and toss again before serving.
