Prawn Cocktails with Smoky Mayonnaise

Raven Higheagle

If I had to make a list of all time easy, go to appetizers, this would be right up there with cheese balls. The great thing about this one is people actually think you slaved all day!!! What they don't know wont hurt them, let them think you slaved, slaved, slaved away.
The combination of the prawns with the avocado, and the salad underneath, topped with the smoky mayonnaise is to die for.
Layer it all in a cocktail glass and you have a beautiful appetizer for any party or holiday dinner.
