This dressing is quick to fix. Excellent on a salad or for a dip for vegetables.

2 Tbsp
raw sugar (or 1 tbsp sugar)
3 Tbsp
rice vinegar
1/2 tsp
grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
2-3 Tbsp
water (start with 2 tbsp)
3 Tbsp
vegetable oil
fresh ground pepper

How to Make Oriental Salad Dressing


  • 1Place all ingredients in a 2-cup measure. Using a stick blender, blend until smooth. Or, place ingredients in a blender and blend. If too thick, add a little more water to thin.
  • 2Will keep in refrigerator 1 week.
