Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar (or 1 tbsp sugar)
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2-3 tablespoons water (start with 2 tbsp)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- - fresh ground pepper
How To Make oriental salad dressing

Step 1Place all ingredients in a 2-cup measure. Using a stick blender, blend until smooth. Or, place ingredients in a blender and blend. If too thick, add a little more water to thin.

Step 2Will keep in refrigerator 1 week.
