This dressing is quick to fix. Excellent on a salad or for a dip for vegetables.

Ingredients For oriental salad dressing

  • 2 Tbsp
    tahini
  • 2 Tbsp
    raw sugar (or 1 tbsp sugar)
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp
    tamari
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    water (start with 2 tbsp)
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • fresh ground pepper

How To Make oriental salad dressing

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in a 2-cup measure. Using a stick blender, blend until smooth. Or, place ingredients in a blender and blend. If too thick, add a little more water to thin.

    Will keep in refrigerator 1 week.
