Makes 3 1/2 cups

Food Processor


  • 2 c
    safflower oil
  • 1 c
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    packaged season pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    msg (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash(es)
    tobasco sauce
  • 1/4 c
    minced onion
  • 1 large
    egg, hard-boiled and minced

How to Make Mr, Mac's salad Dressing


  1. Put all ingredients in a blinder or food processor. Process o blend well.
  2. Refrigerate overnight in a glass jar with tight fitting lid, to blend the flavors.
  3. Serve over mixed salad greens or spinach and mushroom salad
