ground cumin

worcestershire sauce

cold water

extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 c
canola oil
1 1/2 Tbsp
sambal chili past (thai chili paste available in the asian section of grocery)
1/2
lemon, juiced
1/2
lime, juiced
3 Tbsp
parmesan cheese, freshly grated

How to Make Houston's Spicy Caesar Dressing

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine the first 10 ingredients (egg yolk through water) in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
  • 2With motor running, pour oils in a slow steady stream into dressing mixture. When all oil has been incorporated, add chili paste, lemon and lime juice, and parmesan cheese, Process until smooth.
