~ garlic buttermilk ranch dressing ~
I threw this dressing together on a whim, when discovered I was fresh out. Needed some in a hurry, so this is what I came up with. The family loved it. It should be prepared a few hours ahead for the flavors to mesh. Use as a dressing, or a dip as I did. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup hellmanns mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced, sweet onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- salt - to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- red - pepper flakes - optional - we like heat

Step 1Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisk until well combined. Taste to see if needs more seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
