- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make diabetic avocado salad dressing

Step 1Put all the ingredients in to your blender or food processor

Step 2Pulse until you get the consistency you want

Step 3Pour into a container with a tight fitting lid
