classic caesar dressing
I love caesar dressing, but so many taste too eggy and then there's the whole raw egg issue. I found this awhile back (America's Test Kitchen, maybe?) and it reminds me a lot of Carabba's (one of my fav places to eat) caesar dressing.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (do not use lite or fat free)
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste (or 2 anchoves, rinsed & patted dry)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic
How To Make classic caesar dressing

Step 1In blender, combine all ingredients except olive oil. you can pre-chop the garlic, but usually the blender minces it up just as well.

Step 2With blender running, slowly pour in olive oil. Pour into small container and store in refrigerator.
