blue cheese dressing- better than a jar!
Blue Cheese dressing has been my absolute favorite since I was a little girl, but I am so snobby about it! It must be made from scratch- its one way I judge a good restaurant, so of course I needed to learn how to make it myself! Here's the result. (Picture from Flagstaffgrocerysavings)

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- - (optional) fresh ground black pepper
How To Make blue cheese dressing- better than a jar!

Step 1In a small bowl beat first four ingredients. Stir in blue cheese crumbles. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Step 2Sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper. Serve over a nice cobb salad or dip fresh veggies. Yum!
