Beth's Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw
1 16-oz pkgcoleslaw mix
1/4 cwhite vinegar
1 chalf and half
2 Tbsphorseradish sauce
1/2 tspdry mustard
to tastesalt and pepper
2 Tbsponion flakes (or 1/4 c. finely diced, fresh)
How to Make Beth's Sweet and Tangy Coleslaw
- Combine vinegar and half and half in large jar. Allow to sit 10 minutes.
- Add all other ingredients except coke slaw mix to jar. Shake until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- Pour chilled dressing over slaw mix and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Stir well before serving.
