beth's sweet and tangy coleslaw
I love slaw. My family loves slaw. I have, at minimum, eight different variations that are all favorites at my house. This one is a twist on a recipe used at a local BBQ place we enjoy. Hope you enjoy it, too.

Ingredients
- 1 16-oz packages coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- to taste - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes (or 1/4 c. finely diced, fresh)
How To Make beth's sweet and tangy coleslaw

Step 1Combine vinegar and half and half in large jar. Allow to sit 10 minutes.

Step 2Add all other ingredients except coke slaw mix to jar. Shake until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Step 3Pour chilled dressing over slaw mix and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Stir well before serving.
