Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce

Creamy, salty, sour and sweet – this Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce is deliciously addictive. Serve with fresh veggies, summer rolls, grilled meats and more.

    creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce - low sodium
  • 2 Tbsp
    red curry paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1/2 c
    canned coconut milk
  • ·
    chopped peanuts, for garnish

How to Make Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, curry paste, lime juice and fish sauce until smooth.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the coconut milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with veggies or as a dip for grilled meats, spring rolls and more.
