red curry paste

lime juice

fish sauce
1/2 c
canned coconut milk
chopped peanuts, for garnish

How to Make Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce


  • 1In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, curry paste, lime juice and fish sauce until smooth.
  • 2Slowly drizzle in the coconut milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • 3Serve with veggies or as a dip for grilled meats, spring rolls and more.
