Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce - low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • - chopped peanuts, for garnish

How To Make thai peanut dipping sauce

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, curry paste, lime juice and fish sauce until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Slowly drizzle in the coconut milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
