A delicious dip that can be baked or eaten cold. I decided to serve mine cold, as I will have my oven full tomorrow. Everyone loves this dip, so much I always double the recipe.

( update ) This was gobbled down on Thanksgiving and they were looking for more...

I made somewhat of a ball and top with pecans. Serve with crackers, or even vegetables...It's delish!

Ingredients

1 - 8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 jar(s)
dried beef, chopped finely
1 medium
sweet onion, minced
1/2 c
sour cream
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 c
chopped pecans

How to Make ~ Sweet Onion Beef Dip ~

Step-by-Step

  • 1Chop onion, chip beef, and mince garlic.
  • 2In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

    Fold in everything except for pecans.

    If serving hot, preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spread into a baking dish and sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 6 - 7 minutes.
  • 3Serving cold, just chill and place in a pretty serving dish and top with pecans.

    Serve with vegetables or your favorite crackers.
