I had this dip at a Tupperware party and asked for the recipe...so refreshing! It's great with fruit or an assortment of cookies, such as ginger snaps.

How to Make ~ Refreshing Lemon Fruit Dip ~

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until good and smooth.
    Fold in lemon juice, zest and yogurt.

    Beat in confectioners' sugar, well.

    Place in covered dish and chill until ready to serve. I add some fresh zest to the top before serving.

    Serve with a combination of fruits or cookies.
