This is another recipe from old friends in the country. These women cooked all day long often, and we loved the outcome of their labor. Now, it's our turn to carry on the traditions. Only thing is, we don't have to be in the kitchen all day. :)

- 2 cups ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1-2 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 cup jalapenos
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2-4 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons cumin
How To Make picante sauce

Step 1Process all ingredients in food processor. Pour into large pan and simmer on stove for 15 minutes. Spoon into jars and place in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
