This started as a dip for Tostitos® Scoops.My daughter said it tasted so good,let's try it on burritos.I tried it on fried eggs,YUM!The rest,as they say,is history.

Ingredients

  • 1 can ro*tel® original diced tomatoes & green chilies,10-ounce, drained
  • 1 can armour® original chili with beans,15-ounce
  • 1 can libby’s® jumbo-can® whole kernel sweet corn, 29-ounce, drained
  • 1 can bush's® dark red kidney beans, 15-ounce, drained
  • 1 can taco bell® fat free refried beans, 16-ounce
  • 2 cups kraft® finely shredded cheese - colby & monterey jack

How To Make pantry fiesta sauce & dip

  • Step 1
    Empty the first five ingredients into a medium microwavable casserole.
  • Step 2
    Stir until the refried beans are incorporated.
  • Step 3
    Slowly blend in cheese.(We L-O-V-E cheese.Please feel free to use your preferred amount.)
  • Step 4
    Microwave until bubbly,6 to 8 minutes.Pause at half cook time to stir.I wish they had the minutes as they fall.Not in 5 minute increments.
  • Step 5
    Serve with your favorite chips.Drizzle as a sauce over burritos,tacos,fried eggs,salads.Mix into ground meat for burgers,meat loaf.Pour over your favorite cut of steak off the grill or out of the pan.We've been trying it with pretty much everything. :-)
  • Step 6
    I add Frank's® Hot Sauce to kick it up more.
