  • 2 cups shredded mexican cheese
  • 1/2 cup thick salsa
  • 1/4 cup favorite beer

  • Step 1
    In small saucepan, over medium heat combine all ingredients. Cook, stirring 5 mins, or until hot and bubbly. Serve w/ tortilla chips.
