I was looking for something to make for family game night and just happened to have all the ingredients on hand for this recipe. I thew them together and was very pleased that we all loved this appetizer! My kids request this all the time.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons minced green onions (white and green parts)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make hot crab dip

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients except crab meat in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Step 3
    Add Crab meat and fold in so as not to break it up too much.
  • Step 4
    Spread into a medium sized oven-safe dish and sprinkle with additional old bay if desired.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 35-40 minutes until lightly golden on top.
  • Step 6
    Serve hot with crackers, bread rounds or tortilla chips. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
