I was looking for something to make for family game night and just happened to have all the ingredients on hand for this recipe. I thew them together and was very pleased that we all loved this appetizer!

My kids request this all the time.

  • 1 lb
    jumbo lump crab meat, drained
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    minced green onions (white and green parts)
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Hot Crab Dip


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Combine all ingredients except crab meat in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  3. Add Crab meat and fold in so as not to break it up too much.
  4. Spread into a medium sized oven-safe dish and sprinkle with additional old bay if desired.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until lightly golden on top.
  6. Serve hot with crackers, bread rounds or tortilla chips.

    Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
