hot crab dip
I was looking for something to make for family game night and just happened to have all the ingredients on hand for this recipe. I thew them together and was very pleased that we all loved this appetizer! My kids request this all the time.

Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons minced green onions (white and green parts)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make hot crab dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

Step 2Combine all ingredients except crab meat in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Step 3Add Crab meat and fold in so as not to break it up too much.

Step 4Spread into a medium sized oven-safe dish and sprinkle with additional old bay if desired.

Step 5Bake for 35-40 minutes until lightly golden on top.

Step 6Serve hot with crackers, bread rounds or tortilla chips. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
