  • 1 clove
    garlic small
  • 1 small
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp
    chili powder. cayenne pepper or 1 jalapeño optional
  • 1/2-1 tsp

How to Make Guacamole


  1. Mash your avacados
  2. Cut up lemon and squeeze juice into avocado mixture
  3. Add everything else and mix
  4. Some possibilities. Onions, sour cream, salsa. I've add sour cream sometimes. Takes from the heat of jalapeños. But also dulls avocado flavor
