Ingredients For guacamole

  • 2 lg
    avocado
  • 1/2-1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 clove
    garlic small
  • 1 sm
    lemon
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp
    chili powder. cayenne pepper or 1 jalapeño optional
  • 1/2-1 tsp
    pepper

How To Make guacamole

  • 1
    Mash your avacados
  • 2
    Cut up lemon and squeeze juice into avocado mixture
  • 3
    Add everything else and mix
  • 4
    Some possibilities. Onions, sour cream, salsa. I've add sour cream sometimes. Takes from the heat of jalapeños. But also dulls avocado flavor
