Addictive Corn Dip

cans, mexican corn - drained
( 16 ounces ) sour cream
shredded cheddar cheese - or mexican blend
chopped cilantro - optional - i don't use
cumin or to taste
salt or more to taste
cayenne pepper or more to taste
chips for dipping
How to Make Addictive Corn Dip
1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Stir to blend in seasonings, then refrigerate until chilled before serving.
Note: I have also added chopped fine Jalapeno's and chopped black olives...both are also great in this dip...
