Ingredients
- 1 box velveeta cheese any flavor (queso is best)
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 pound browned ground beef (or cooked cubed/shredded chicken)
How To Make enchilada dip

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.

Step 2Cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally until cheese is completely melted.

Step 3We serve this over tortilla chips or baked potatoes. Can also add black olives, diced tomatoes, etc. if you like. Enjoy!!
