Ingredients

  • 1 box velveeta cheese any flavor (queso is best)
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 pound browned ground beef (or cooked cubed/shredded chicken)

How To Make enchilada dip

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
  • Step 2
    Cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally until cheese is completely melted.
  • Step 3
    We serve this over tortilla chips or baked potatoes. Can also add black olives, diced tomatoes, etc. if you like. Enjoy!!
