- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts (not pickled)drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make easy creamy cheesy artichoke dip

Step 1Spread the softened cream cheese onto the bottom of a microwave proof pie plate. Mix together the chopped artichoke hearts, butter and minced garlic. Spread on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. heat in microwave for 1 minute on high. Serve with crackers of your choosing.
