- - 1 c rice wine vinegar
- - 1/2 c mirin or simple syrup
- - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- - 1/2 c grated fresh ginger
- - 1/4 c minced garlic
- - 1 1/2 c scallions,white and green,sliced thin on the bias
- - 2 teaspoons chili garlic paste
- - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds,optional
