Easy dip to make, and is very good. This version is low fat. You can use regular sour cream and yogurt, if desired.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed (or 2 teaspoons dried dill weed)
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt

Step 1In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Stir dip before serving. Serve with assorted cup-up vegetables. Store in refrigerator
