Cleaning out my produce - so this is what came of my cucumbers.

Can never have enough dips, this one is one of my favorites...love it with fresh veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    hellmanns mayo
  • 2 tsp
    fresh or dried dill weed
  • 2 Tbsp
    green onion chopped
  • 2 medium
    cucumbers, peeled, seeded (if large seeds) and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salad supreme seasoning - optional

How to Make Cucumber Dill Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

    Stir in all remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve.

    Can serve with assorted fresh vegetables, chips or crackers.
