How to Make Creamy Mexican Salsa
- In a medium size bowl, stir together the sour cream, cheese and salsa until mixture is smooth. Gently fold in avocado until well blended.
- Cover the bowl, and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with crisp tortilla chips, dry herbed crackers, fresh sliced vegetables, or an assortment of deli snack breads.
