Yum! An experiment of mine turned delicious! I had some cream and oranges I needed to use up and this is what I came up with...tastes like a creamsicle...

Ingredients
- 1 - 8 ounces softned cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon each - vanilla extract & orange extract - the orange is optional, if you don't have, just use vanilla
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 - 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding
How To Make creamsicle fruit dip

Step 1In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, extracts and zest until smooth.

Step 2Beat in confectioners' sugar until thoroughly blended.

Step 3Add orange juice and blend thoroughly.

Step 4Now, add the heavy cream and pudding mix and beat on high until thick and creamy.

Step 5Refrigerate until good and chilled. Serve with assorted fruits. Enjoy!
