Yum! An experiment of mine turned delicious! I had some cream and oranges I needed to use up and this is what I came up with...tastes like a creamsicle...

Ingredients

1 - 8 oz
softned cream cheese
2 Tbsp
orange zest
1/2 tsp
each - vanilla extract & orange extract - the orange is optional, if you don't have, just use vanilla
1 c
confectioners' sugar
1/2 c
fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 c
heavy cream
1 - 3.4 oz
instant vanilla pudding

How to Make Creamsicle Fruit Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, extracts and zest until smooth.
  • 2Beat in confectioners' sugar until thoroughly blended.
  • 3Add orange juice and blend thoroughly.
  • 4Now, add the heavy cream and pudding mix and beat on high until thick and creamy.
  • 5Refrigerate until good and chilled.

    Serve with assorted fruits.

    Enjoy!
