creamsicle fruit dip

Yum! An experiment of mine turned delicious! I had some cream and oranges I needed to use up and this is what I came up with...tastes like a creamsicle...

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 ounces softned cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon each - vanilla extract & orange extract - the orange is optional, if you don't have, just use vanilla
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 - 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding

How To Make creamsicle fruit dip

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, extracts and zest until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Beat in confectioners' sugar until thoroughly blended.
  • Step 3
    Add orange juice and blend thoroughly.
  • Step 4
    Now, add the heavy cream and pudding mix and beat on high until thick and creamy.
  • Step 5
    Refrigerate until good and chilled. Serve with assorted fruits. Enjoy!
