Ingredients
- 32 ounces velveeta type cheese
- 10 ounces rotel
- 10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 pound (to 1 1/2 lbs.) ground beef
How To Make best cheesy nacho dip!

Step 1Cut "Velveeta" type cheese block into cubes and put in crock pot turned on HIGH so cheese begins to melt.

Step 2Brown ground beef (if you prefer a meatier dip use 1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef) and chopped onions together. Drain well and add to melted cheese.

Step 3Stir in Rotel (I use the mild type but that is a matter of taste) and Cream of Mushroom soup. Stir everything together well and keep on LOW in the crock pot for serving with Nacho Chips.
