Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 - anchovies
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

How To Make bagna cauda

  • Step 1
    Preheat pan and add olive oil. Add garlic and decrease heat to low. Add anchovies. Cook until garlic is brown and anchovies dissolve, about 5 minutes. Add chili flakes, salt and pepper, and more olive oil to taste.
  • Step 2
    To serve, heat in fondue pot and add parsley flakes.
