Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 - anchovies
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- - salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
How To Make bagna cauda

Step 1Preheat pan and add olive oil. Add garlic and decrease heat to low. Add anchovies. Cook until garlic is brown and anchovies dissolve, about 5 minutes. Add chili flakes, salt and pepper, and more olive oil to taste.

Step 2To serve, heat in fondue pot and add parsley flakes.
