    olive oil
  • 8 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 6
  • 1 pinch
    chili flakes
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped

How to Make Bagna Cauda


  1. Preheat pan and add olive oil. Add garlic and decrease heat to low. Add anchovies. Cook until garlic is brown and anchovies dissolve, about 5 minutes. Add chili flakes, salt and pepper, and more olive oil to taste.
  2. To serve, heat in fondue pot and add parsley flakes.
