Ingredients

1 c
olive oil
8 clove
garlic, minced
6
anchovies
1 pinch
chili flakes
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
parsley, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Preheat pan and add olive oil. Add garlic and decrease heat to low. Add anchovies. Cook until garlic is brown and anchovies dissolve, about 5 minutes. Add chili flakes, salt and pepper, and more olive oil to taste.
2To serve, heat in fondue pot and add parsley flakes.
