We love the tomato salsa that is served in mexican resterants...so I decided to try to make my own. This is what I came up with. We loved it...hope you will too.

Ingredients
- 1 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt (adjust to your taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 - diced jalpeno pepper ( more if you want it hot )
- 1/4 cup diced fresh cilantro
- 3 tablespoons diced onion
How To Make tomato salsa dip

Step 1Start with the tomatoes, add each ingrediant one at a time stirring well. Can be chilled or served immediately with corn chips.
