How to Make Tomatillo Salsa (Salsa Verde)
- Husk the tomatillos remove the stem and place on a cookie sheet. Cut the serrano chilies in half and remove the seeds. Place them on the cookie sheet. Roast in 400 degree oven until browned and charred a bit.
- Place the tomatillos and serranos in food processor. Add the remaining ingredients. Process until well mixed. Taste and season with salt.
- Makes 1 pint jar.
