- 2 pounds tomatillos husks removed and rinsed
- 1 medium onion cut into wedges
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 medium jalapeno seeded and halved
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
How To Make tomatillo salsa

Step 1line a baking sheet with foil. Set broiler to high. Place the tomatillos, onions, garlic, and jalapenos on foil. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt and pepper.

Step 2Broil until charred and soft. Add everything to a food processor. Add the cilantro and process until well incorporated.
