This is by far the best hot sauce. We love to eat it while it is still warm. It's so tasty. I know your family will love it too!

And if you feel the heat is too excessive, just add fewer jalapenos than what the recipe calls for.

  • 4 large
    jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 large
  • 3 medium
  • 4-5 clove
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2-2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce

How to Make Texas Sized Hot Sauce


  1. Take stems off jalapenos and rinse the jalapenos, onion and tomatoes.

    Put to boil until soft.
  2. Drain water. Then put the ingredients in the blender with garlic cloves, salt and cumin.

    Blend until seeds are gone.
  3. Add one can of tomato sauce. Blend well.


    Can be enjoyed warm or chilled.
