This recipe was published around 1999 in the Times Union newspaper in Jacksonville Fl. The recipe comes from a BBQ place in Brunswick GA called "The GA Pig" Stopped in there today and verified the recipe....they no longer make it :(

How To Make sweet & hot relish

Step 1

Take equal parts of seeded and finely chopped jalapeno peppers, Vidalia onions and relish.

Step 2

For a hotter version - do not seed the jalapenos
