I loved the combination of fruits in this salsa... not traditional, but really yummy! If you're not familiar with a pluot, it's a combo of a plum and apricot. This is tasty with chips, but I think would be lovely with some grilled fish or chicken too. Great for summer! The Test Kitchen
3peaches, fresh and ripe, prefer white variety
3/4 cminced red onions
1/2 bunchchopped cilantro
3 Tbspfresh lime juice
How to Make Summer Sunrise Salsa
- Cut fruit and peppers into small slices.
- Mix and grill on medium heat; cook a few minutes on each side until lightly browned; cool about 5 minutes.
- Chop and mix onion, cilantro,and the lime juice into the fruit, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Use on good tortilla chips or crackers.
