Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
I loved the combination of fruits in this salsa... not traditional, but really yummy! If you're not familiar with a pluot, it's a combo of a plum and apricot. This is tasty with chips, but I think would be lovely with some grilled fish or chicken too. Great for summer!

Ingredients

3
peaches, fresh and ripe, prefer white variety
3
pluots
3
nectarines
2
jalapenos
3/4 c
minced red onions
1/2 bunch
chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp
fresh lime juice

Step-By-Step

1Cut fruit and peppers into small slices.
2Mix and grill on medium heat; cook a few minutes on each side until lightly browned; cool about 5 minutes.
3Chop and mix onion, cilantro, and the lime juice into the fruit, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
4Use on good tortilla chips or crackers.
