This is refreshing and great for summer when everything is at its freshest!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

I loved the combination of fruits in this salsa... not traditional, but really yummy! If you're not familiar with a pluot, it's a combo of a plum and apricot. This is tasty with chips, but I think would be lovely with some grilled fish or chicken too. Great for summer! The Test Kitchen

chopped cilantro

How to Make Summer Sunrise Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut fruit and peppers into small slices.
  • 2Mix and grill on medium heat; cook a few minutes on each side until lightly browned; cool about 5 minutes.
  • 3Chop and mix onion, cilantro,and the lime juice into the fruit, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 4Use on good tortilla chips or crackers.
