    smoked salmon
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • ·
    salt, to taste
  • ·
    white pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    walnut oil

How to Make Smoked Salmon Tartare


  1. Finely chop shallots. Chop the dill and the parsley. Finely dice the salmon and mix with shallots, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, white pepper, sour cream, and walnut oil.
