smoked salmon
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
salt, to taste
white pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp
sour cream
1 Tbsp
walnut oil

How to Make Smoked Salmon Tartare


  • 1Finely chop shallots. Chop the dill and the parsley. Finely dice the salmon and mix with shallots, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, white pepper, sour cream, and walnut oil.
