- 2 ounces shallots
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- - salt, to taste
- - white pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
How To Make smoked salmon tartare

Step 1Finely chop shallots. Chop the dill and the parsley. Finely dice the salmon and mix with shallots, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, white pepper, sour cream, and walnut oil.
