How to Make Salsa Borracho For Enchiladas


  1. In non-aluminum pan, melt the butter over medium low heat.
  2. Add the garlic, chili powder and jalapenos.
  3. Saute until the chili powder begins to foam, then add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Yield: approximately 3 cups.
