This is my Aunt Polly's recipe. All of our family love it. This is for the fans of a warmer sauce. My husband hates the sweet salsa. Got to keep the man of the house happy.

  • 30 to 40
    jalapeno peppers
  • 3 large
  • 1/2 c
    canning salt
  • 1 c
    cider vinegar
  • 2
    bell peppers
  • 2
    celery stalks

How to Make Salsa


  1. Combine all ingredents in food processor and grind. Put in hot jars. And water bath for 10 minutes. Makes 8 qts or 16 pints.
