ree-elle watermelon salsa
I had two different recipes from two different people. By tweaking, trial and error, I blended the two into one. This makes a large bowl of salsa. Good with chips or fish or chicken.

Ingredients
- 1/2 - seedless watermelon, diced
- 3 - nectarines, peeled and diced
- 1/2 - red onion, diced fine
- 1 - yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 - orange bell pepper, diced
- 6 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 - jalapenos, fresh, seeded and diced fine
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, fresh, stems removed and chopped
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 - lime, juiced
How To Make ree-elle watermelon salsa

Step 1Throw all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss it all together. Taste as you go, adjusting to your taste.

Step 2Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld. Can be refrigerated overnight.

Step 3Toss one more time before serving. Serve with chips, or on top of grilled fish or grilled chicken.
