Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatillos, peeled
- 1 canned chipotle pepper (packed in adobo sauce)
- 2 small (or 1 medium) onions, peeled
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
- 1/4 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
How To Make quick & easy tomatillo sauce

Step 1Cover the tomatillos, pepper and onion with water and boil 5 minutes or until soft and tender.

Step 2Drain liquid and combine with remaining ingredients in a blender and blend well. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Step 3Excellent on chicken enchiladas or for tacos.
