quick & easy blackbean chipotle salsa

When you need a quick and easy salsa this is the one for you. It is not only easy it is delicious! I usually can my own but decided to just make a small batch for a gathering we were having. This is the recipe I came up with. Great for any party, game day, or even tail gating!

Ingredients

  • 1 can reduced sodium black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz.)
  • 1 can ro-tel diced tomatoes & green chilies (15 oz.), drain off excess water not all of it though
  • 1 can green giant southwestn style corn, drained and rinsed (11 oz.)
  • 1/2 - chopped red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons txas pete chipotle hot sauce, or your favorite
  • 2 - cap fulls of mrs. dash southwest chipotle seasoning

How To Make quick & easy blackbean chipotle salsa

  • Step 1
    In a medium size bowl add all ingredients, stir and chill for at least 30 minutes. You can add more heat if you like or less. Its entirely up to your taste buds! Enjoy!!!
