I love pico de gallo but most people put to much cilantro for my taste. I played around with this until i got it the way i liked it. It is the perfect compliment to my tacos made with the machaca...mmmm..yummy goodness!!!

Ingredients

  • 5-6
    roma tomatoes..seeded and chopped
  • 1 small
    yellow onion diced really small
  • 1 small
    fresh jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped fresh cilantro very fine
  • 2 clove
    fresh garlic minced
  • 1 large
    lime juice only
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    chipoltle chile pepper(or red pepper)

How to Make Pico De Gallo

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop every really fine and mix togather
  2. Serve over just about anything ..its fresh and has a mexican zing
